Eat up kids presents cooking in term 2 2018

Thursday 2:30 - 3:30 for ALL ages
Class fee R900 x 9 weeks
Includes registration, recipe booklet and locally made apron
Introducing children to nourishing traditions, the children will learn to appreciate and prepare farm eggs, butter, whole milk, grass fed meats, broth, fermented foods, whole grains, kombucha, organic vegetables, and healthy sweets.
The children will be able to take home something they have made for supper.
We will have some seriously fun cooking and exploring everything about food. Savory, sweet, spongy and crumbly - a treat for all the senses!
We will talk about what we see, taste, smell, and feel, and laugh when we get messy.
